My aim is to give you all the tools you need to achieve your health and fitness goals and teach you how to operate from an optimised and healthy mindset — creating longevity and sustainability for this new lifestyle. 

Health and fitness are simple once you know what you’re doing, and that’s exactly how I teach my classes and personal training: in an easily digestible way that is accessible for everyone. 

Screw boring meal plans with teeny-tiny portions and zero carbs! Instead, I’ll teach you how to control your nutrition through evidence-based methods, allowing you to take all the stress out of food and eat well-balanced meals that still taste good while achieving your body composition goals. 

I’ll teach you the what’s, how’s and why’s of training and create your personal fitness program to take outside of coaching, so you can get after your goals outside of the studio — with the confidence to know exactly what you’re doing and how to get the results you want.

The RBF Story

Hi there, my name is Rod, and I’m the founder of Rod Bullock Fitness. 

In my late teens, I was obese. Not knowing how to process my emotions throughout adolescence into young adulthood, I put all of my feelings into food, creating an incredibly unhealthy relationship with my diet, body, and sense of self-worth. 

It all came to a head in my early 20s when my then-girlfriend ended our relationship based on how I looked: too big. It was that moment I knew I wanted to make a change — not for her or anyone else, but for me. I wanted to feel good about myself, and I knew health and fitness were the way to get there: healthy body, healthy mind. 

So, I got myself a coach! With their help, I lost over 30 kilos and completely transformed the way I live and how I look at life. I know how profound an impact the right kind of coach can have, which is why I decided to become a coach myself. And so, RBF was born!
