Group Classes

Our group classes are a fantastic way to dive into your fitness journey with RBF. 

All of our programs are designed to work around your capabilities,
so no matter what level you’re at, you’ll be able to progress at your own pace while still being challenged. 

All of our group classes are capped at eight people, keeping the focus on you — where it belongs.
Working in a safe and supportive environment, you’ll be kicking goals with your group in no time.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our S&C program is designed to challenge and advance your overall fitness. It is well balanced and built to target every area of your body, allowing us to create a workout regime for you that is more measurable and focused on your long term fitness, as opposed to our boot camp style workout. 

Training in S&C emphasises slower weights training that sees you getting to work with appropriately challenging weights for set reps that will develop lean muscle and see your strength increase week to week with progressive overload. 

TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP

Total Body Bootcamp is designed for those who crave a faster paced workout, and the challenge that comes with it!

Focusing on faster paced less technical sessions, these workouts are designed to push your cardio fitness and overall strength while still utilizing modern programming to make sure you’re getting the best out of a full body workout.

Total Body Bootcamp workouts focus on more circuit and endurance style workouts, that change week to week to keep them fresh and engaging!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our one on one personal training helps us get to know you and dig deep into the core of what you want to get out of your health and fitness journey.

We’ll work closely with you to establish a workout regime entirely catered to your body and what it can do.

We’ll also develop a nutrition plan to fuel your body with the good stuff it craves and ultimately transform your life into one that feels better than ever before.

Online Coaching & Programs

Just because the world has shifted and adapted to working online doesn’t mean that your training needs to suffer for it!
